At Green Bubble, we want you to love your eco-friendly products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
